ROBERTSON HOMES(QLD) Pty. LTD. is a privately owned company established in late June 1995 by Kevin and Judy Robertson.
Objectives

Personal
I am a qualified carpenter and joiner having served a five year apprenticeship with a small builder in Townsville.
Now with almost 40 years experience in the building industry which includes, Sub-Contract Carpenter, Building Supervisor, Estimating Manager, Assistant General Manager of a company building up to 200 homes per year, General Manager Sales (fibre cement building products) Victoria and Tasmania for James Hardie & Co.
Having gained my builders registration in mid 1982 I hold QBSA gold card licenses for General Builder and House Builder.
An opportunity arose in mid 1995 which enabled me to fulfill a lifelong ambition of forming my own company.
I now bring this wealth of knowledge and experience to benefit my customers who can be assured that I will conduct all my dealings with honesty and integrity.
Overview
- By listening to our customers needs and likes we have produced a range of homes which we feel meets today's market expectations, but this will continually evolve as new needs and expectations arise.
- We choose all our sub-trades for their workmanship, and their desire to produce a product to be proud of.
- I have always been critical of the industries method of offering a price for their product which is not complete nor does it incude all the costs known to the builder for the construction of the home.
- After a decision is made to buy, and a commitment is made, these hidden or should I say omitted costs are then disclosed and added, which in some cases are substantial, but by this time the buyer is committed, and is usually led to believe that this is what most other builders do also.
- We have made the commitment that we will offer our product at a completed price even though our price initially will appear higher than our competitors, a descerning buyer checking the specifications and inclusions will soon realise that we are competitive.
